Built as a state of the art facility for wine making, the Jackson-Triggs Winery serves as a postmodern interpretation of traditional farms buildings. The design emphasizes the natural and technical process of wine making, with exterior views of the surrounding vineyards and the breathtaking Niagara Escarpment.

Guests enjoy in-depth guided winery tours that explore every aspect of the wine making process, delectable food and wine pairings in the Tasting Gallery, and the performing arts in the striking outdoor open-air amphitheatre.
