The Lancaster Opera House is a restored, turn-of-the-century theater, occupying the 2nd and 3rd floor of the Lancaster Town Hall. The Opera House maintains a year round schedule of performances, including musicals, theatre, ethnic programs, dance, classical and traditional music and Jazz.

Dracula

This is a musical production of diabolic seduction and terror converging in a saga of suspense and triumph. When a young lawyer is assigned to a gloomy European village, Dracula imprisons him. He then heads to London, inspired by a photo of the lawyer's wife, Mina. All of Britain must confront Dracula's reign of terror, which gets some people pretty hot under the collar.

Scare up the nerve to enjoy this horror masterpiece, in which an obsessed scientist, Dr. Frankenstein, constructs a living being out of parts exhumed from corpses. The scientist's creation morphs into a monster, which turns against his "father" after he refuses to create a companion for him. And he's just getting started!


Finnegan's Farewell
