The Lancaster Opera House is a restored, turn-of-the-century theater, occupying
the 2nd and 3rd floor of the Lancaster Town Hall. The Opera House maintains a
year round schedule of performances, including musicals, theatre, ethnic programs,
dance, classical and traditional music and Jazz.

Pacific September 15-October 1, 2006 Rodgers and Hammerstein's musical

Dracula October 19-22, 2006 This is a musical production
of diabolic seduction and terror converging in a saga of suspense and triumph.
When a young lawyer is assigned to a gloomy European village, Dracula imprisons
him. He then heads to London, inspired by a photo of the lawyer's wife, Mina.
All of Britain must confront Dracula's reign of terror, which gets some people
pretty hot under the collar. A Magical Morning October 21,
2006 The Opera House is full of mystery and magic in the morning, as master
magician Igor amazes you with dazzling acts that will make you "ooh"
and "aah." Young and old will be mystified by tricks and illusions and
they will make you leave believing in magic.
Frankenstein October 26-29, 2006 Scare up the nerve to enjoy this
horror masterpiece, in which an obsessed scientist, Dr. Frankenstein, constructs
a living being out of parts exhumed from corpses. The scientist's creation morphs
into a monster, which turns against his "father" after he refuses to
create a companion for him. And he's just getting started! Finnegan's
Farewell November 2-5, 2006 & March 16-25, 2007 Come to an authentic
Irish wake in this dinner theater production and pay your last respects to the
dearly departed Patrick James Finnegan. Just before passing on, Paddy won $2.2
